日式照燒雞扒

簡單易整又好味~~~
Ingredient and Portion
雞上脾肉 4塊
Seasoning
日式醬油 4湯匙
味淋(日式甜味煮酒) 3湯匙
糖 3茶匙
薑汁 3茶匙
Method
1. 雞上脾去骨留皮,抹乾水份,肉較厚的部份用刀切數下,拉開雞肉使雞扒肉厚薄平均。
2. 雞扒用調味料(份量可隨自己口味調較~),醃最少1小時備用。
3. 先用油鑊將雞扒煎至雞皮一面金黃色,再將雞扒(雞皮朝上)放入已預熱至攝氏180度的焗爐內焗約6分鐘。
4. 取出雞扒,用醃雞扒汁塗在雞扒上,再放回焗爐內焗至雞扒全熟。(約3至4分鐘~視乎雞扒大小及厚薄而定)
5. 取出斬件即成。
