中型薯仔 兩個
蛋 3隻
煙肉 3條
Seasoning
鹽 小許
黑椒 小許
沙津醬 半碗
Method
1) 先將兩個薯仔用刀介十字,將薯仔和蛋放入滾水烚20分鐘至淋
*要壓成蓉既薯仔可能會未夠淋,可以用筷子先篤入薯仔測試需唔需要加長時間!
2) 薯仔一個切粒狀,另一個壓成蓉,壓成蓉後落小去鹽拌勻
3) 煙肉切粒,平底鑊不用下油炒熟
4) 蛋剝殼,將蛋黃和蛋白分開,蛋白切粒
5) 蛋黃與沙津醬,黑椒和小許鹽混合
6) 所以材料置室溫放涼後混合即成!
Tips
*一定要放涼先可以混合,如果唔係沙津醬會出油!
