飯:
日本珍珠米 1.5杯
日本飯之素 3-4湯匙
壽司醋 2-3湯匙

刺身
牡丹蝦 / 甜蝦
海膽
三文魚
油甘魚
帶子
Method
1. 首先用一比一的米和水煲飯
2. 飯熟後即加入壽司醋拌勻
3. 室温冷卻飯後,加飯之素調味
4. 鋪上各款刺身在飯上即成
Tips
1. 壽司醋必須在飯熱時下,飯才能盡吸醋的味道
2. 冷卻飯時,應蓋上毛巾以防飯被吹乾
