加入鰻魚既飯團,入口唔會死實,用黎當便當帶返工食最好不過!如果有House Party既話,佢就更加成為搶手貨添!

日本珍珠米 兩嘜
日本米醋 5湯匙
急凍日本鰻魚 1條
日本燒汁 2湯匙
雜菜配料 1/3樽
片裝紫菜 4片(一開二備用)
飯團器 1個
Method
1. 用電飯煲煮熟日本珍珠米成飯後,加入米醋拌勻,開蓋備用。
2. 鰻魚加上燒汁,放入微波爐叮熱,然後切粒。
3. 待飯轉至微溫後,加入雜菜配料及切粒鰻魚拌勻。
4. 準備飯團器,加飯入內至滿,然後用力一壓,取出飯團,包上一小片紫菜即成。
Tips
除了鰻魚亦可用甚它配料,但不可以令飯團太濕,因為太濕的配料會令飯團變得鬆散。
