木瓜香蕉燉奶凍

今日有自創既 ~ 木瓜香蕉燉奶凍, 甜品裡面充滿咗木瓜既香味呀
Ingredient and Portion
2小杯份量
鮮奶 200 ml
魚膠片 2g
砂糖 適量
細木瓜 1 個
香蕉 2 隻
Method
1. 木瓜、香蕉切件後, 加入鮮奶隔水燉 1 個鐘
2. 加糖調味至自己喜愛甜度
3. 魚膠片用食用水浸軟 (不用浸太長時間, 否則會溶掉)
4. 隔渣倒出奶水, 並加入已浸軟魚膠片攪拌至完全溶化, 用隔過濾後分別倒入兩個碗中
5. 攤涼後放入雪柜 3 個鐘以上至凝固
6. 食前隨意加上香蕉片 / 木瓜粒並唧點忌廉作點綴即可
Tips
最好即日整與食用, 因雪過夜會較硬
