看見人家做意大利飯,一直很羨慕,可是自問沒有信心。翻看多個網上食譜,看得頭昏腦脹,似懂非懂的。步驟很多,看了一個多小時,膽粗粗自己綜合出一個簡易煮法,決定回家試試看。怎料,煮出來還真的似模似樣,口感味道都不錯唷。

Ingredient and Portion
牛油 5茶匙
洋蔥 半個
米 2小杯
中蝦 約8隻
白酒 半杯
本菇 1包
雞湯 1盒
芝士碎 1包
Method
1. 熱鍋放2茶匙牛油至微微出煙
2. 落已切粒的洋蔥炒至透明
3. 加入洗好的米及約半杯白酒
4. 拌勻烹煮至酒精蒸發
5. 加入已切粒的本菇及2茶匙牛油拌勻煮2分鐘
6. 逐少加入雞湯拌勻烹煮至蒸發,持續加入
7. 拌勻烹煮直至米粒達至軟綿的口感
9. 差不多完成時,加入芝士絲後拌勻。讓米飯有黏黏的口感,也有芝士香。
10. 由於人懶的關係,不想再開鍋來煮蝦,直接撥開飯。把醃好的蝦煎至兩面金黃。
11. 最後,熄火蓋上蓋2分鐘把蝦焗一焗,至熟透。
12. 完成
