朱古力林明頓蛋糕 Choco Lamington Cake

外層包上朱古力醬入面就係鬆軟蛋糕非常美味
Ingredient and Portion
蛋 2隻
蜂蜜 2湯匙
低筋麵粉 40g
菜油/牛油 10g

朱古力醬:
朱古力 50g
牛奶 25g
Method
1. 蛋加入蜂蜜打到完全杰身及奶白色
2. 再慢慢分3次加入麵粉攪拌至無粉
3. 最後加入牛油溶液攪拌好就可以(不用過份攪拌)
4. 用180度焗15-17分鐘
5. 朱古力用微波爐/隔水座熱至溶加入牛奶攪拌好
6. 將蛋糕切粒加入朱古力醬加入椰絲, 雪凍即可.
Tips
打蛋一定打到奶白杰身才可以
