之前買左2包杏仁片, 見到仲有餘貨, 為左消滅這包杏仁片, 專登開爐做幾片杏仁瓦片俾自己當下午茶.
Ingredient and Portion
杏仁片 50G
牛油 12G
蛋白 1隻
砂糖 20G
鹽 少許
低筋麵粉 20G
Method
1.將牛油先溶化
2.將糖, 鹽及蛋白攪拌
3.加入過篩之麵粉後再加入牛油溶液
4.最後加入杏仁片
5.包好放入雪櫃靜止30分鐘
6.將麵糊搽平薄薄一片
7.以150度焗13分鐘再轉130度焗7分鐘
8.即取出放涼
Tips
蛋白不用過攪拌,另外一焗起後要即刻放涼以免不脆口.
