其實呢個咁簡單既,係我婆婆每朝都沖俾我,想我血氣好d既飲品
次次飲果陣都會好開心好窩心
酸酸甜甜好易入口,冇藥材苦味但又有滋補既功效:)
Ingredient and Portion
杞子 隨意
紅棗 隨意
熱水 適量

Method
1.杞子,紅棗洗淨,放入保溫杯內
2.加入熱水,焗約半至一小時最佳
Tips
1.如果想甜d既話可以落多d紅棗,但要注意太多既話會搶左味,反而變到糖水咁冇咩酸甜味
2.材料可以反覆沖焗數次,第2次沖焗時先輕搖杯身令材料味道滲出
