馬蹄 4両
羊腩 1斤
薑 1小塊

鹽 適量
Method
1. 羊腩洗淨斬件,於沸水中煮五分鐘撈起,瀝乾水份。
2. 栗子去殼、去衣、取肉。馬蹄去蒂、去皮,洗淨切片。
3. 圓肉洗淨。薑一塊用刀背拍扁。
4. 煲內加入適量清水,猛火煲滾,放入全部材料,以慢火煲三小時,加鹽調味即可飲用。
