桂花金粟松子仁

Ingredient and Portion
新鮮粟米粒 6両
松子仁 2両
馬蹄 2粒
青豆 2湯匙
薑 1片
生菜絲、甘筍絲 適量(伴邊用)
Seasoning
桂花糖 1湯匙
鹽 少許
糖 1茶匙
麻油 少許
生粉 ¼茶匙
玫瑰露 ¼茶匙
水 1湯匙
Method
1. 洗淨粟米粒,出水,候用。
2. 燒水一煲,放入1茶匙鹽,煲滾後放入松子仁烚約3分鐘,盛起。
3. 燒油至微熱,放入已烚的松仔仁炸至金黃色,盛起,待冷。
4. 馬蹄去皮,切粒,出水。
5. 青豆出水;薑略拍。
6. 燒油1湯匙,爆香薑片,下粟米粒、馬蹄及青豆炒勻,加入調味,最後放入松子仁略炒,盛出,放於碟上,以生菜絲及甘筍絲伴碟即可。
