中筋麵粉 150克
桂花糖 40克
速溶酵母 4克
泡打粉 3克
水 150克
乾桂花 6兩
Method
1.先將乾桂花用微溫水浸至軟身
2.把所有材料丟到料理盆中攪拌
3.攪拌到沒有麵粉顆粒後,蓋上保鮮膜靜置五分鐘發酵,再把發酵好的麵糰揉
4.揉到不黏手、不黏桌、表面光滑就可以(約15分鐘),再把麵條搓成長條型
5.切成12等份,放入蒸籠內,再靜置發酵30至40分鐘。
6用中火蒸10至12分鐘,至有彈性即成。
