桑寄生性味苦平,有補肝益腎、強壯筋骨的功效; 蓮子性味甘平,有健脾益腎的功效; 元肉性味甘而微溫,有補脾養心的功效,諸味與雞蛋、片糖共用,特別有補益功效。

蓮子六錢
元肉一兩
雞蛋二隻
片糖適量
Method
1. 雞蛋先煮熟去殼,以牙籤戳幾個小洞方便入味備用。
2. 其他材料洗淨,桑寄生以布包好,所有材料加六碗水入煲,以大火煲滾後轉文火煲約一小時,加冰糖調味即可。
