椰子汁與紅豆是絕配,這製作方法比較省時及易做一些。
Ingredient and Portion
紅荳 130克 (約一個量米杯分量)
椰漿 160-200克
粟粉 95克
淡奶 160克
砂糖 120克
幼鹽 少許
淸水 1500克
Method
1. 先用水浸軟紅荳(約2小時)
2. 用清水先煲軟紅荳,備用
3. 另備湯碗,將椰漿、淡奶、糖、幼鹽及粟粉拌匀在一起
4. 煲滾(3),一路煲一路拌匀,直至杰身
5. 加紅荳拌勻,倒入盤放涼後放雪櫃
Tips
1. 椰漿可選快達牌細罐分量
2. 淡奶可用以上快達牌空罐分量
3. 幼鹽只是帶出椰漿味道, 用2隻手指略執一些就可以
