甜品有D真係好簡單就做到,只要係屋企左溝右溝,配合靚靚既用具,加少少低能既諗法,成件事就會變到又靚又好味,收到既人都幾開心架!

Ingredient and Portion
椰漿 250ml
鮮奶 100ml
糖 適量
魚膠粉 15-20g
粟膠 2湯匙
Method
1. 將魚膠粉倒入椰汁,讓其徹底吸收水份後,整個容器放上另一載了熱水的器皿座溶
2. 拌勻後加糖隔熱水座溶
3. 然後加入粟膠和鮮奶,邊加邊拌勻所有材料
4. 最後過篩,肯定要無粒再倒入模
5. 倒模後放入雪櫃雪至凝固後脫模
Tips
1. 我自己用櫻花模,想更似就加左超少的一滴士多啤梨汁,真係要超細滴,大滴左就唔夠粉紅
2. 椰汁味好霸度,所以唔多覺有士多啤梨味的
3. 我好隨意壓爛左粒士多啤梨,然後用牙簽點一小滴紅色去溝
4. 如屋企無模,倒入長方器皿,凝固後切粒都可以,甚至凝固後再用曲奇模都得
