Ingredient and Portion
可可粉 35g
熱水 80ml
黑朱古力 150g
無鹽牛油 150g
黑糖 275g
榛子粉 125g
蛋黃 4隻
蛋白 4隻
Method
1. 預熱焗爐180℃
2. 隔水坐溶黑朱古力
3. 用微波爐熱溶牛油
4. 將可可粉和熱水攪拌均匀
5. 加入黑朱古力、牛油、糖、榛子粉及蛋黃後慢慢拌匀
6. 在另外的盤子將蛋白打起
7. 分兩次用刮刀慢慢的將蛋白加入步驟5的盤入
8. 拌均後倒進烤盤烤45-60分鐘
Tips
1. 微波爐熱溶牛油的時候需每30秒檢查一次,溶的牛油最後不要過熱,剛剛好溶了就好。
2. 焗的時間是看你家的焗爐大小和烤盤種類,所以請自己留意時間
3. 烤盤最好是比較淺身的那種 或者是小蛋糕烤盤,裏面比較容易熟
4. 完成後可以用糖霜裝飾一下或加上雪糕也是不錯的選擇
