餐後飽滯想吃些清新的甜品?!檸檬雪葩是你不錯的選擇。
Ingredient and Portion
檸檬 4個
糖 300克
水 4杯
蛋白 2隻
Method
1. 將檸檬磨皮,剩餘的檸檬則搾汁備用。
2. 糖及檸檬皮加水煮溶,煮10分鐘成糖漿。
3. 將鮮檸檬汁倒入步驟〔2〕的糖漿中拌勻,待涼,置雪櫃中冷藏3至4小時到半凝固狀,取出把冰粒打碎。
4. 蛋白打至起泡沫,輕輕拌入檸檬碎冰內。
5. 把混合物倒入膠盒內,放回雪櫃內冷藏至挺身。
6. 把雪葩放在冰杯內,飾以薄荷葉及檸檬皮。
