去韓國個個都去吃烤五花肉吃炸鷄,對比上比較少人知道/吃豬手,但其實對韓國人來説豬手是他們宵夜best 3之一!豬手含有豐富的膠原蛋白質,對皮膚好好!而且又沒有五花肉那麽油膩!

Ingredient and Portion
豬手 1kg
蘋果/水梨 1個
洋葱 1個
大葱 1支
蒜頭 6粒
Seasoning
燒酒1杯
老抽 1杯
大醬 2茶匙
黑糖 20g
月桂皮 5片
八角 6粒
燒酒 1杯
Method
1. 把豬手、水及清酒放進鍋裏 (水要蓋過豬手), 用大火煮10分鐘後撈起後洗走雜質
2. 把豬手放進新的一鍋水裏面,加上水、調味料、蘋果、洋葱、大蔥及蒜頭用大火滾30分鐘
3. 轉到中火再煮30分鐘
4. 加冷水到覆蓋豬手後用大火滾20分鐘即成
