一個絕對適合素食人仕嘅果凍花....純天然食用色素..絕不添加外來物....

Ingredient and Portion
蒟蒻粉 兩湯匙
寒天粉 半荼匙
砂糖 30g (表自己喜好加減)
水 500 ml
椰漿 265ml
寒天粉 2g
砂糖 30g
各色天然色素 少許
Method
透明部份:
1) 先將蒟蒻粉、少許糖同寒天粉攪勻...加入兩湯匙水攪勻..靜待五分鐘...備用...
2) 砂糖同水開火煮溶後....加入(1)....細火煮至溶解...
3) 靜待一陣..等所有泡泡消失後...就可用倒入模內...室溫中會凝固...大約須時二至三小時(視 乎天氣而定)...想快可放入雪櫃...

花花部份:

1) 糖同寒天粉攪勻...加入椰漿攪勻...細水煮溶...
2) 可分幾碗...加入各類天然色素...攪勻...之後用一煲熱水坐住各類色素...
