Method
1. 把魚柳用水沖一沖洗乾淨.
2. 怕貼鑊底可多放些油, 花生油可以.
3. 魚柳兩面呈金黃色/白色沒有魚生的色便可以上碟, 大約煎五分鐘便可以, 因魚柳薄身.
4. 建議用細火煎, 不會燒焦, 大火可能會燒焦和貼底.
Tips
1. 可選用其他魚, 如石班, 銀雪魚, 青鱸魚, 但不建議三文魚, 因三文魚熟食肉質鞋身不好食.
2. 我愛油甘魚, 因為食魚生時見它顏色又紅又白, 十分吸引.
3. 即四即食魚不會腥的, 未煮熟當然有魚腥, 但煎熟便會香.
