薑(切幼粒) 約半湯匙
蔥(切粒) 2條
洋蔥(切絲) 半個
Seasoning
上湯 2小杯
老抽 半湯匙
鹽 半茶匙
糖 1/4茶匙
Method
1.粉絲浸軟, 切段
2.把調味放入煲仔內煲滾, 下粉絲煲至汁快軟
3.下油, 下洋蔥絲, 薑粒炒至洋蔥軟身, 下蔥粒兜勻, 鏟起放在粉絲上煲滾,原煲上枱
Tips
煮粉絲時, 要常常用筷子攪動, 防粘底
