中醫說多種顏色的食物可以讓大家吸收不同的營養素,我認為不同顏色的食物最重要可以增進大家食慾才對!
Ingredient and Portion
青椒 1隻
黃椒 1隻
紅椒 1隻
雲耳 80克
銀芽 160克

Seasoning
涼拌汁:
柚子醋 2湯匙
醬油 2湯匙
糖 2茶匙
水 1湯匙
黑麻油 適量
芝麻 兩茶匙
Method
1. 將芝麻用乾鑊炒香備用
2. 將三色椒切絲,雲耳浸水後切絲,銀芽洗淨備用
3. 將所有材料灼大約1分鐘
4. 撈起後放在冰水內,瀝乾備用
5. 將涼拌汁與上述材料拌勻,灑上已炒香芝麻即可食用
Tips
1. 食材一定要新鮮及最好是有機
