豆芽 350g
Seasoning
鹽 半茶匙
韓國辣椒粉 1茶匙
蔥碎 2茶匙
蒜蓉 半茶匙
炒過的芝麻 0.3茶匙
麻油 0.7茶匙
Method
1. 先用滾水煮豆芽約7分鐘
2. 煮好後撈起後用冷水沖洗
3. 將所有調味料跟豆芽拌匀即成
Tips
1. 放玻璃密實盒裏面可以放3-4天
2. 加一隻煎蛋來拌飯也很好吃
