淮山 8錢
製茨實 3錢
山斑魚 約半斤
Seasoning
鹽 適量
Method
1. 山斑魚洗淨去潺,略煎,用水沖去油份。
2. 其他材料洗淨備用。
3. 煲內放適量的水,猛火煲至水沸,將全部材料放下,改用中火煲二至三小時,加入適量食鹽調味,即可食用。
