清蒸是最簡單的煮食方法,能保持食物的原味。
海魚肉質鮮甜,營養價值高

方利 2條
Seasoning
薑(切絲) 適量
蔥(切段) 適量
甜豉油 適量
食油 適量
Method
1.把魚的內臟挖掉,擦去魚鱗,洗淨後放在碟上,舖上薑絲。
2.煲滾水後,把魚蒸約15分鐘,視乎魚的大小厚薄而定。
3.另外起鑊煮熟油,熄火加入蔥段及甜豉油,製成調味汁備用。
4.蒸熟後,淋上調味汁即可。
Tips
1.選用任何海魚亦可。
