新鮮大蝦 半斤
火龍果 2個
芒果 2個
螺絲粉 適量
沙律醬 適量
蛋 2隻
Method
1.把蝦腸及蝦頭去除,把蝦殼用刀切去,餘下蝦尾巴部份,方便用手進食。
2.火龍果切方粒,芒果去皮去核切方粒,煮熟雞蛋,備用。
3.煮熟螺絲粉後過冷水,加入所有材料及沙律醬拌勻。
Tips
1.溫泉蛋一定要選擇進口美國蛋,因為怕蛋黃有沙門氏菌。
