焗香蕉外冷內熱,簡單易做又好味。

香蕉 4隻
黃糖 適量
牛油 少量
雪糕球 1個
巧克力粉 適量(裝飾用)
Method
1. 焗爐預熱至攝氏180度。
2. 焗盤舖好錫紙,掃上牛油備用。
3. 香蕉開邊切片並灑上黃糖。
4. 以攝氏180度焗18分鐘。
5. 最後把雪糕球放上已焗香蕉上,再撒上巧克力粉裝飾即可。
