無糖免焗紫薯芝士蛋糕

想做些甜品比又想健康又想瘦既人,所以嘗試做呢個蛋糕,無諗過效果又不錯呢
Ingredient and Portion
紫心蕃薯 3-4個
低脂忌廉芝士 120g
無鹽牛油 50g
消化餅 8塊
Method
1. 把牛油溶液加已壓碎的消化餅混合做餅底
2. 然後把已蒸熟的蕃薯壓成泥再加到低脂忌廉芝士
3. 再用打蛋器打勻,直到見吾到白色。
4. 最後鋪已打勻的蕃薯忌廉芝士上餅底
5. 拎去再雪就大功告成
Tips
1. 覺得太杰,可以加2匙脫脂牛奶
2. 其實份量亦可因個人口味而加多減小
