蟹柳 4條
雲耳 8朵
車厘茄 2個

鹽 0.5茶匙
糖 1茶匙
蠔油 1湯匙
Method
1. 先把薯仔、雲耳、蟹柳切絲,煙肉切成粗條,車厘茄切成2半備用
2. 首先把煙肉炒香盛起
3. 然後把薯仔絲炒熟後加入雲耳絲、蟹柳絲再炒後再加入煙肉
4. 加入調味料,快炒片刻完成
Tips
1. 薯仔浸瀀入鹽水中,就可以防止薯仔變色。
2. 雲耳要先浸水以去除異味。
