雞中翼 8隻
洋蔥 半個
照燒汁 3湯匙
清水 半碗
羅勒 少許
薑 3片
Seasoning
生抽 2茶匙
粟粉 2茶匙
砂糖 1茶匙
薑汁2茶匙
酒 少許
Method
1.先將雞中翼洗淨吸乾水,用剪刀剪去翼兩邊的雞皮,然後在雞翼中間的軟根剪開一半,加入醃料拌勻,放入雪櫃醃30分鐘以上備用
2.落少許油,加入洋蔥炒至軟身盛起備用
3.再燒紅鑊,落油,爆香薑片,再加入雞翼煎至金黃色
4.加入半碗清水煮滾,最後加入洋蔥及照燒汁煮至熟透及收汁­,上碟即成,加入羅勒
Tips
1.雞中翼的翼兩邊的雞皮好肥,所以會用剪刀剪去
