珍珠米(壽司米) 1 1/2杯
桂格燕麥飯 1/2杯
清水 3杯
餡料:
煮熟冬菇 6隻
青瓜 1/2條
紅蘿蔔 1/2條
熟蝦仁 240克
紫菜(大) 2-3張
工具:
竹卷
Seasoning
醋水:
白醋 2湯匙
凍開水 1杯
冬菇醃料:
生抽 1茶匙
糖 1/4茶匙
Method
1. 珍珠米洗淨,與桂格燕麥飯拌勻,加水煮成飯,靜置15分鐘,加入醋水攪拌備用。
2. 冬菇切絲,加入調味拌勻。
3. 紅蘿蔔輕灼,瀝水切絲。
4. 紫菜亮面向下橫放竹卷上,鋪上燕麥飯,將冬菇、青瓜、紅蘿蔔及蝦仁橫放底部,將海苔片往上捲起壓緊。
5. 刀沾醋水把壽司切件,即可享用。
