Ingredient and Portion
橄欖油 1茶匙
牛奶 5湯匙
蛋 1隻
Seasoning
香草 適量
海鹽 適量
Method
1.把蛋發勻後加入牛奶再發勻。
2.將橄欖油倒入鑊內然後開中火並倒入蛋漿。
3.於蛋漿微熟時轉慢火並用木筷子順時針地炒數次。
4.直至蛋炒至粒狀可以上碟,灑上香草和海鹽即可。
