牛油曲奇簡易製作,大人小朋友都啱。

Ingredient and Portion
牛油(室溫) 250g
糖粉 100g
雞蛋 2個
中筋麵粉 350g
朱古力(用於裝飾)150g
Method
1. 焗爐預熱至350F
2. 同一個碗裡,用電動攪拌機結合柔軟的牛油和糖,直到充分混合
3. 麵粉過篩後混勻,每一次加入雞蛋一個,混合均勻
4. 組裝擠袋擠嘴,把麵團放在擠袋裡面
5. 擠麵團於烤盤烤紙上,擠出直線/玫瑰形狀或新花樣
6. 焗20分鐘或至金黃色
7. 從焗爐中取出曲奇,放涼15分鐘。同時,作好準備融化朱古力
8. 使用雙鍋爐的方法融化朱古力碎,直至達到液體的一致性
9. 把餅乾點上朱古力或用勺子倒朱古力餅乾上面
10. 如果想裝飾餅乾,可以在巧克力凝固前,再撒上一些燕麥、杏仁片(它可以是任何東西,如棉花糖等),然後再開始為在第二批餅乾塗上巧克力
11. 在表面上灑上糖霜,完成
