肥牛肉 1盒
洋蔥 1小個
薑 3片
Seasoning
汁料:
水 200毫升
糖 1湯匙
味醂 2湯匙
日本料酒 3湯匙
日本醬油 4湯匙
Method
1. 肥牛切塊;洋蔥切條;薑切絲。
2. 用少許油略炒洋蔥,下汁料及薑絲煮滾,轉小火煮至洋蔥稔,下牛肉煮熟。將牛肉及汁淋飯面即成。
