Ingredient and Portion
(約6至7個)
半甜朱古力 170克(我加了70%黑朱古力+普通黑朱古力)
牛油 60克
酸忌廉/淡忌廉 60毫升
蛋 2隻
黃糖 50克
低筋麵粉 60克
蘇打粉 1/4茶匙
鹽 少許
朱古力粒 隨意
Method
1. 將半甜朱古力切碎,放入大碗中,和牛油一同隔熱水座溶。
2. 加入酸忌廉/淡忌廉,拌勻待用。
3. 蛋和黃糖座熱水打至杰身。
4. 篩入粉類,輕手拌勻,加鹽,再加入朱古力漿。
5. 分進muffin模內,放上朱古力粒。
6. 放入已預熱至185至190度的焗爐,焗20至25分鐘至熟即成。
