豬肝6兩 豬腰1對 白米2杯
蔥2支 薑4片 香菜適量
鹽少許 麻油少許 胡椒粉少許

Method
1. 白米洗淨、入鍋加水10杯,先猛火煮滾改慢火煮約1小時至米
開成粥狀

2. 豬肝洗淨切薄片,豬腰由中對剖開成兩片,去腰內筋膜及
白色油脂,在腰面斜剖花紋並切成片狀備用

3. 粥滾成時落肝、腰、蔥段、薑片、鹽,猛火3~4分鐘腰肝熟
透即可盛碗撒上香菜調味(怕腥味者可另加胡椒去腥)
