雞搥 5隻
蕃茄 4個
京葱 1條
意粉 半包
雜菜粒 少量
蒜頭 少許
Seasoning
黑胡椒


生粉
橄欖油
Method
1. 蒜頭切粒落鍋後加入雞搥煎5分鐘到外皮金黄,備用
2. 蕃茄煎香,備用
3. 用滾水煮意粉至軟身後備用
4. 用橄欖油將蒜頭及京葱放入玫瑰鍋炒香,舖底。
5. 放入蕃茄,雞搥焗20分鐘後加入意粉,雜菜粒再焗10分鐘即成。
Tips
1. 意粉煮熟後加油拌下,避免太黏。
