Ingredient and Portion
斑頭 半個
冬瓜 一斤
粟米 一條
薑 數片
Seasoning
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 少許
Method
1. 用薑數片起鑊煎魚頭
2. 煎好放入已水滾之湯煲內,煲30分鐘
3. 冬瓜刨絲,粟米用攪拌機打蓉
4. 將已煲好的魚湯隔渣備用
5. 冬瓜絲粟米蓉放入魚湯,滾10分鐘
6. 放鹽及胡椒粉後熄火,完成

可以用其它魚類代替斑頭
