白汁草香露筍帶子煙肉扁意粉

用鮮忌廉、牛奶及芝士碎炮製的意粉,奶香十足。

有機露筍 1盒
白磨菇 1盒
煙肉 1包
鮮忌廉 1包
蛋黃 2隻
帶子 1盒
鮮忌廉 1盒
芝士碎 1包
芝士粉 1樽
香草 1盒
牛奶 1盒
意粉 1包
Method
1. 露筍恰熟撈起。
2. 煙肉切到大約5mm闊,磨菇切片。
3. 鮮忌廉、牛奶, 加少少水及 蛋黃,攪住慢煮。
4. 汁成, 加意粉兜(意粉恰熟7成熟)兜到咁上下落露筍、帶子、磨菇、煙肉係咁兜,勻曬就ok。
5. 香草切碎放入,兜多佢幾下。
6. 上碟加 幾條香草係意粉上邊,靚靚,攪掂 !
