夏天熱辣辣,飲凍飲又怕對身體唔好,飲凉茶又嫌苦。忙的時候都會掛住阿媽的湯水啊,唔使怕,其實煲湯好容易嘅。

冬瓜 2斤
眉豆 3両
薏米 2両
猪骨 7至8両
水 8碗
Seasoning
鹽 適量
Method
1.洗淨冬瓜,連皮切成5cm*5cm的立方塊
2.洗淨眉豆、薏米、猪骨,將猪骨切成大小適中
3.將所有材料放入煲中煲2小時
4.熄火前放鹽,攪拌
Tips
1.想湯煲耐一點,冬瓜要大件D。想縮短煲時間,冬瓜可不切那麼大
