坊間推出了多種雪糕機,看樣子好像很吸引,但其實在家裏有一個打蛋器已經可以做到!這次試試D記的經典出品:石板街雪糕!

Ingredient and Portion
忌廉 800ml
煉奶 150ml
黑朱古力 150ml
杏仁粒 1杯
細粒棉花糖 2杯
Method
1. 黑朱古力隔水坐溶備用
2. 將忌廉打起
3. 加入煉奶、黑朱古力、杏仁粒及棉花糖後用刮刀拌匀
4. 放雪櫃45分鐘後再拎出打1分鐘
5. 重複2-3次步驟4後雪過夜或6小時後即成
