Seasoning
鹽焗雞粉一包
Method
1) 首先當然要破柴,將雞翼切開一半。
2) 用鹽焗雞粉醃雞翼,加其它調味料亦可。
3) 將雞翼下油鑊前要撲上薄薄的一層生粉,但生粉不可太多,多餘的要拍走。
4) 用少許油炸雞翼2次,第1次作用是炸熟雞翼,第2次用大火將雞翼上色,以及將油逼出黎。
5) 瀝乾油份,待涼即可。
