糙米飯 1杯
菜芯 3條
松子 適量
乾果 適量
蛋白 2隻
薑茸 1茶匙
Seasoning
油、鹽、水 適量
Method
1. 預早一晚將糙米煮熟,放入雪櫃。
2. 菜芯去掉花芯,切粒。
3. 松子用白鑊炒香備用。
4. 先下薑茸,然後炒熟菜芯。
5. 將飯加埋一齊炒。
6. 在飯中間挖一個洞,加蛋白,略炒成小塊。
7. 然後加松子全部炒勻,加鹽調味即成。
Tips
1. 糙米比較吸水,所以要煮時要注意水的份量。
2. 可以用雞湯代替水煮糙米,味道更佳。
