紅棗枸杞蘋果糖水是一道清甜可口的益胃養心的美容湯。
紅棗入湯,除了可補中益氣外,還有補血的作用。蘋果性味甘涼,具有生津、潤肺、健脾、益胃、養心等功效。枸杞子味甘性平,其具有滋補肝腎,益精養血,潤肺止咳的作用。常喝紅棗枸杞蘋果湯,可以調理腸胃、益胃養心,美白肌膚,還可以降低血液中膽固醇。

Ingredient and Portion
紅棗 30克
杞子 20克
蘋果 2個
清水 1200克,
可加蜂蜜或紅砂糖
Method
1. 首先煮沸清水,然後加入紅棗。
2. 待滾後加入蘋果塊。
3. 當再次沸騰後轉用文火煲30分鐘,再加入杞子煮10分鐘。
4. 接着熄火降温,待溫度降到80度時或成温水狀即可調入蜂蜜或紅糖,份量隨個人嗜甜程度而定。
Tips
1. 蘋果煲湯時,一定連皮一起煮,因為蘋果皮中黃酮類化合物含量較高,抗氧化活性也較強。
