紅蘿蔔及雞肝含有豐富維他命A,粟米含葉黃素,均對眼睛有益。
Ingredient and Portion
紅蘿蔔 1-2支(視乎大小)
粟米 1支
豬瘦肉 (大約$30份量)
雞腳 1-2對
雞肝 1-2件
Seasoning
鹽 適量
Method
1.豬肉、雞腳及雞肝洗淨飛水。
2.粟米及紅蘿蔔洗淨,去皮,切塊。
3.燒熱一鍋水,把所有預備好的材料放入。
4.以細火煲約2小時,加鹽調味,即可飲用。
Tips
1.家中煮新鮮有機全雞時,把雞腳和雞肝留下來煲湯。
