紅豆綠茶奶凍

夏日炎炎, 謂口不大, 軟滑的奶凍,濃濃的奶味, 紅豆配綠茶... 消暑又健康!!
Ingredient and Portion
5-6杯份量
淡忌廉 400毫升
牛奶 400毫升
綠茶粉 4-5茶匙(隨個人口味調較濃淡)
紅豆 約100克(隨個人喜好)
糖 120克
魚膠粉 12克
Method
1,紅豆預先浸泡過夜備用;紅豆放入鍋里,加入清水(剛蓋頂即可),用大火煮滾後,加入50克白砂糖,轉小火煲至水乾
2.魚膠粉加少許水攪勻,於熱水座溶備用。
3.將淡忌廉及牛奶加70克糖用慢火煮溶,加入綠茶粉攪勻,最後加入已預備的紅豆攪勻,熄火。
4.將魚膠水放入混合液中攪勻,待涼後倒入容器中,放入雪櫃冷藏4至5小時即成。
Tips
1.奶凍食譜可改做其他口味,例如加入好立克粉。
