紫薯 1條
飯 600g
Seasoning
砂糖 隨意
Method
1. 先把紫薯切粒,落水至蓋過紫薯後沸騰5分鐘
2. 洗米後加入步驟1的水煮飯
3. 同時加入紫薯於飯面蒸
4. 放適量飯放在保鮮紙上,調整形狀至餅狀
5. 將紫薯壓成泥,平鋪入飯中間
6. 再放適量飯上面
7. 慢慢將兩面按壓成飯團
8. 放入雪櫃雪凍即可
Tips
1. 如果飯較硬身,可以加入更多的水或少許麵粉
2. 可於進食時加入砂糖
