Method
1.西蘭花洗淨,放入滾水煮熟,然後切成小塊。
2.煮滾上湯放入西蘭花、雲耳、加入蛋白和少量鹽作調味。最後加生粉勾芡並灑上蔥花即成。
Tips
罐裝上湯含較高脂肪和鹽,可使用自家烹調的上湯,並去掉油脂才使用。
