蒸豆腐 1盒
皮蛋 2隻
肉鬆 適量
Seasoning
蠔油 2湯匙
糖 1茶匙
鹽 0.5茶匙
麻油 少許
生粉 少許
Method
1.豆腐隔水,加鹽蒸10分鐘
2.將豆腐攤凍,小心地切開8份,排在碟上
3.皮蛋去殼,切開8小份,排在豆腐上,放入雪櫃內雪凍
4.食前散上即食肉鬆及調味汁便可
Tips
1.蒸豆腐時加鹽,可將豆腐的水份排出
2.調味汁可以改用即食麻醬
