脫脂奶 4杯
紅棗 4粒
薑 2片
Method
1. 雞洗淨,去皮、去脂肪和內臟,瀝乾水備用。
2. 雞放入滾水略煮約5分鐘,取出切成大件。
3. 紅棗洗淨去核。
4. 薑去皮洗淨,切片。
5. 將雞件、紅棗及薑放入燉盅內,注入脫脂奶,蓋上盅蓋隔水燉約2小時,即成。
Tips
牛奶加熱時不宜加糖,因牛奶中的賴氨酸和白糖中的果糖,在高溫下會形成一種物質,破壞牛奶中的蛋白質,以致不能被人體消化和利用。改善方法是等熱奶放涼後,再加入糖。
